Order Status and Shipping

Australia:

FREE Shipping Australia Wide On Orders Over $89 - On Orders Below $89 a flat rate of $8.95 for Express Shipping
At Fat Burners Only our promise to you is to have orders dispatched and delivered FAST. We offer FREE Startrack Express, Same Day dispatch on all orders over $89 placed before 1 PM WST Standard time Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1PM WST or on weekends will be dispatched the following business day.

All Australian orders are expected to arrive within 1 - 4 business days.

Orders containing heavy items equating to over 5kg may be shipped via Road Express (2-5 Day delivery)

Please note that shipments to the above destination will be shipped using the Australia Post Express Service which may take 4-7 Business Days.

New Zealand:

We Ship to New Zealand for a flat rate of NZ$9.95 or FREE when you spend over NZ$150
At Fat Burners Only our promise to you is to have orders dispatched and delivered FAST. All NZ orders are expected to arrive within 3 - 7 business days.

International Delivery

Please be aware, import duties and other taxes may apply. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges and will be notified by customs officer if charges are applicable to your order.


Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery will be within 5-20 working days after dispatch. Please see below Delivery Terms for Standard Delivery Fee. Orders over 2 kilos are subject to additional fees based on weight.   • Australian deliveries are made by Australia Post or StarTrack. If the receiver is not at the nominated address at the time of delivery a calling card will be left with further instructions.
  • Once you have placed your order online, our Warehouse staff are busy picking and packing your order as fast as possible for you. As such, if you need any alterations or additions to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after an order is made. 
  • Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Please ensure all address details are correct and provided in full when placing your order. 
  • Fat Burners Only is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.



RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Fat Burners Only accepts refunds or exchanges in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Please make your Purchases carefully as we are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind.

Until further notice, we will not provide a refund where you have changed your mind about products purchased from Fat Burners Only.

Our Returns Policy enables you to return a product that is:

  • Faulty
  • Significantly different from the sample or description
  • Not fit for purpose
  • Unsafe

Please note to be eligible for a refund the following requirements may apply:

  • Your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item is in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase – your receipt is required for any refund or exchange.
  • The item must be sent back to Fat Burners Only (not the manufacturer) at the address provided.

If you do receive an item with an issue in line with the Australian Consumer Law guidelines above, you can return the item(s) back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
At Fat Burners Only we do our best to ensure our products are delivered to you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, once the parcel leaves our warehouse it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. If you do receive a product that has been incorrectly delivered or damaged in transit, please contact us straight away at [email protected] for further guidance. Please do not discard the damaged/incorrect item(s) and please do retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the transporters.

Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please begin by double-checking your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Please note that there are certain situations where items are non-returnable or may only be eligible for a partial refund such as:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift Cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery


SHIPPING

In the case of returning an item please ensure the following process is followed;

  1. Please contact us at [email protected] to let us know that you wish to return an item purchased. Please also let us know why the item is being returned so we can rectify any problems in the future.
  2. You will be instructed to return the item(s) back to our warehouse. Please ensure the item(s) you send are packed tightly and securely in sturdy packaging. We are not responsible for damages during shipment of the returned item(s).
  3. Please indicate whether you would like an exchange or refund.
  4. Make a copy of the invoice that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the item(s) you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the item(s).
  5. Use the mailing address provided to address your return shipment.
  6. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your shipping receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

You can track your order through the tracking link we sent to your email. If you can’t find it, check your spam/junk folder first, then if you still can’t find it, shoot us a message and we’ll track it down for you!

We usually get your supps to you within 2-7 business days, depending on where you are. If it’s taking longer than 7 days let us know, and we’ll chase it up!

Absolutely! Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number. If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam folder, then give us a shout if you still can’t find it.

Fat Burners Only uses Startrack to deliver orders. If you are not at home to receive the parcel, an card will be left so you can pick it up from your closest post office. Sometimes cards get accidentally lost or discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, check with your local post office first.

The best way to cancel your order is by contacting us via phone (618) 6371 1994 as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can email us within normal business hours via Our Contact Page. Keep in mind that once orders have been despatched they cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.

International Postage is provided via Australia Post Airmail Services and is calculated based on the weight of your order. Please refer to our Shipping Information Page for further details.

Great question! It really depends on your goals. Oxyshred is a fan favorite if you’re after a solid entry-level fat burner to take before exercise. For more targeted fat loss, PC Laboratories' 3 Step System is a killer option. Drop us a line if you need help deciding!

Each product has its own guidelines which should be laid out on the packaging, generally for fat burners, you’ll take them once or twice a day with water. For pre-workouts you would take them 30 minutes before training. For protein, 30 minutes after training. Check the label for specifics, or hit us up if you’re unsure!
